Getting a goodnight's sleep with migraine triggers all around you can be a difficult task! For me, light (especially bright lights) and loud noises (like snoring) can be the trigger to an all day migraine or headache. To prevent this, I religiously sleep with a sleep mask and ear plugs. I am a firm believer that treating yourself will make you feel instantly happy.
